Someone requested that I make Chilli Shrimp but I ran out of shrimp so here's something similar.
Ingredients:
Fish (I have canadian smelt fish here I believe)
Chilli Garlic Paste
Jam
Lime juice
1) Mix chilli paste with jam. About Half and half of each.
2) Spritz some lime juice and mix some more!
3) Oil your pan and heat it up. Add your fish and cook.
4) Add Chilli paste mixuture and simmer.
5) Serve!!
