How to Make Lemon Garlic Chicken (Recipe)





This recipe is easy to make and can be adjusted according to your tastes. I like mine with the taste of lemon rinds but my boyfriend finds it too bitter. If you want you can just cook this without the lemon disks as descibed in the video. Also, this recipe tastes best with Honey. I used Maple Syrup as a replacement but it just ended up tasting not completely right. Below is the recipe:

Ingredients:
Honey (as much as you want)
Chicken Breast
Two large lemons
Lemon pepper seasoning
Salt
Green Onions/onions (diced)
Garlic finely diced
Teriyaki Marinade

Instructions:
1) Marinade your chicken with teriyaki sauce, and honey. Don't forget to preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2) Cut 1 lemon into lemon disks. Cut the other lemon across and squeeze the juice onto the chicken.
3) Season your chicken with diced garlic, onions, and lemon pepper seasoning.
4) Combine everything well and place into oven.
5) Optional: You can add the lemon disks if you like the taste of lemon rinds. Otherwise skip this step because the rinds will over power everything else.
7) Keep in the oven for about an hour or intill the chicken is no longer pink inside. Check frequently and don't forget to drizzle the sauce over the chicken from time to time.
